For the last 6 years I been a Volunteer coach for the Victoria Journey Field Hockey League. Not only do I love working with kids if all ages but I also believe it is important to give back to the community that have helped me become the field-hockey player I am today. Just over the last year I joined with the Claremont field hockey team as head coach to help them through their high school season. I had a ton of fun doing it and creating so many different connections. It also taught me a lot about who I was as a person and gave me an insight on how coaching is a difficult but yet rewarding job.
