My group and I choose to do our special topic on Body Image in PE. We found this topic to be a tough one because everyone has their own opinion when it comes to body images… especially their own. We did find out that social media plays a huge toll on students mental health towards body image. Again this is a tough topic to teach about in PE but it is an important one and something we all need to talk about, understand, and respect.
